Titanoboa

OK, have you ever seen a really big snake at the zoo or in a movie? Well, Titanoboa is like those snakes, but way bigger! It was a giant prehistoric snake that lived a long time ago when there were dinosaurs.

Titanoboa was so big that it could grow up to 48 feet long and weigh more than a car! That's taller than four grown-ups standing on top of each other! It was one of the biggest snakes that ever lived and would have been very scary to see.

But don't worry, Titanoboa isn't around anymore. It's extinct, which means it's not alive today. Scientists have found fossils of Titanoboa, which are like the bones of the snake that were buried in the ground and over time turned to stone.

So even though Titanoboa is really big and scary, you don't have to worry about it because it's not alive today. But it's still really interesting to learn about!
