Tofu skin roll

So, tofu is a food made from soybeans. It's soft and squishy like a pillow, and people like to eat it because it's healthy and has lots of good nutrients in it.

Now, when you make tofu, there's a thin layer that forms on the top of the soybean mixture while it's cooking. This layer gets taken off and dried out, and that's what we call "tofu skin."

People take the tofu skin and use it to make something called a "tofu skin roll." It's like a big sushi roll, but instead of using rice as the outside, they use the dried tofu skin.

Inside the roll, they put things like vegetables or shrimp, and then they roll it all up nice and tight.

When you eat a tofu skin roll, you get a nice crunchy bite from the dried tofu skin on the outside and then a delicious mouthful of the filling on the inside. Plus, it's really healthy for you!
