Town

A town is like a big group of people living together in one place. Just like how you have friends at school or in your neighborhood, a town has lots of people who all have their own houses and stores and places to work.

In a town, everyone is part of a community and they work together to keep their town clean and safe. There might be a person called a mayor who helps make decisions for the town, like where new buildings can be built or how much money to spend on things like a park or a library.

Some towns are really small and have just a few houses and shops, while others are very big and have lots of buildings and people. But no matter how big or small a town is, the most important thing is that people come together to make it a nice place to live.
