ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Transformativeness

Okay kiddo, so transformativeness is a big word that means when someone takes an idea or thing and makes it into something new and different. It's like when you take some toy blocks and build a tower with them instead of just leaving them in a pile.

Sometimes people use things in a new way, like when someone takes a bike and turns it into a work of art instead of just using it to ride. Or when someone takes a story and turns it into a movie with different characters and scenes than the original book.

Transformativeness is important because it helps us see things in new and creative ways, and it allows us to create new things that are different from what was there before. And even though it's a big word, it's something that we do every day without even realizing it!
