ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Transition Management (Governance)

Transition management (governance) is like when a group of people in charge decide how something should change and how they want it to go. It's like when you want to make something different, like if you want to move to a different house, there is a lot of planning that goes into how to switch over to the new house and make sure it's safe and good to live in. The group in charge would decide how to make it happen, like when to move and what furniture to bring with you. They'd make sure everything is taken care of so you can move without any problems and feel comfortable in your new home.
