Trita

Trita is a word in Swedish that means chopped or minced. Basically, if you take a big piece of food, like meat or vegetables, and use a special tool called a trita to cut it into very small pieces, that's trita! It's kind of like making ingredients for a soup or stew. When you chop things up really small, it makes them easier to cook and eat. Trita is a simple but important step in making lots of different yummy dishes!
