Trousers as women's clothing

Trousers are a type of clothing that covers your legs, kinda like long shorts that go all the way down to your feet. Women wear trousers now, but it wasn't always like this. A long time ago, women weren't allowed to wear trousers because people thought it was only for boys and men. But a few brave women wanted to wear trousers too! They started wearing them secretly, and eventually more and more women started wearing trousers. Now it's totally normal for women to wear trousers - because girls can do anything boys can do!
