Truck driver

A truck driver is someone who drives a big vehicle called a truck. You might see these trucks driving on the highways with lots of stuff in them, like food, clothes, or toys. The driver is responsible for getting the truck to its destination safely and on time. They have to follow a lot of rules and regulations to make sure they are driving safely, like taking breaks and not driving too fast. Sometimes they have to drive really far away from home and sleep in their truck. Being a truck driver can be hard work, but it's important because they help bring things we need and want to stores all around the country.
