UK company law

UK company law is a set of rules that businesses in the UK must follow. It tells businesses what they can and can't do, and it helps to make sure all businesses play fair and don't break the law. For example, company law will tell a business what paperwork it needs to fill out, how it can make money, how it must treat its employees, and how it must be organised. Company law is important because it makes sure all businesses follow the same rules and it helps protect customers, employees and shareholders.
