ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

UK enterprise law

UK Enterprise Law is the set of rules that govern how businesses must operate in the United Kingdom. It covers things like setting up a company, registering a company, employing workers, protecting intellectual property, setting wages, and making sure that the business does not break any laws. Enterprise Law also allows businesses to take legal action if someone breaks the rules. That means if someone copies your business or steals your ideas, Enterprise Law can tell you what to do.
