US labor law is rules and regulations that help protect the rights of people who work in the United States. It makes sure that employers cannot take advantage of workers, and that workers have certain rights. For example, US labor law makes sure that workers get paid for their work, get to take days off, are not discriminated against and are treated fairly in the workplace.
