Uli al-amr

Okay kiddo, Uli al-Amr is a term that refers to someone who has authority or power in Islam. It's kind of like an important person who people listen to and follow their rules.

For example, in some countries, there might be a king or queen who makes important decisions and everyone in the country follows their rules. In Islam, the Uli al-Amr is someone who has this kind of authority and people follow what they say.

In the Quran, it says that Muslims should obey the Uli al-Amr as long as they are following the rules of Islam. So basically, it's like having a boss or a leader that you listen to and follow their instructions.

But remember, just like with any leader, it's important to make sure they are doing the right thing and not abusing their power. So if someone who is supposed to be a Uli al-Amr is doing something wrong or unjust, it's important to speak up and try to make things right.
