Underground press

An underground press is a type of newspaper or magazine that is printed and distributed secretly or illegaly, and often without having to pay taxes. It's often used to spread information and ideas that the government or media might not allow people to hear or read in public. Underground presses can be used to spread news and criticism of the government and other powerful individuals, and to air the voices of marginalized people.
