United States Intelligence Community

The United States intelligence community is made up of organizations that work together to protect the United States from threats. They collect information about people or groups that may want to do bad things to the US and then use that information to try to stop them. The organizations all work together to give the US their best advice about things that might be happening around the world that the US needs to know about or be prepared for. It's like a bunch of smart people from different organizations who are really good at figuring things out, putting the pieces together and warning the US if they think something bad might happen.
