Unmanned aerial vehicle

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is a kind of plane that can fly without anyone inside it. It is controlled by someone on the ground using a remote control device. UAVs come in many sizes, from tiny ones that fit in your hand to large ones used by the military. People use UAVs to take pictures and videos from the sky, help with relief efforts after natural disasters, survey land, and even deliver packages.
