ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Urrak

Urrak is a type of drink that is often made from grains like wheat, barley, or corn. It is similar to beer or vodka in that it contains alcohol, which can make people feel a little funny if they drink too much of it.

When making urrak, the grains are usually first boiled in water to create a sweet liquid called wort. Then, yeast is added to the wort to start the fermentation process. Fermentation is when tiny organisms called yeast eat the sugar in the liquid and create alcohol as a byproduct.

After a few days of fermentation, the liquid becomes urrak, which can be bottled or drunk straight away. Some people prefer to drink it cold, while others like it served at room temperature.

It's important to remember that urrak contains alcohol and should only be consumed in moderation by adults. Drinking too much alcohol can be dangerous and make people sick. So, be sure to only drink a little bit of urrak and always be responsible!
