Vic cipher is a way of writing secret messages which only the sender and the receiver can understand. It is like a code. It uses two different sets of letters to mix up the message so that it is hard to understand by someone who is not supposed to read it. First, the sender writes the secret message they want to send in one set of letters. Then they switch around the letters with another set of letters. When the message is received, the receiver can switch the letters back to the original set of letters to read the message.
