ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

VPX

VPX stands for Versatile Platform eXpansion, and it is a form of computer architecture. The main idea behind VPX is that a single computer system is made up of several different “modules” that can do different things. For example, one module may be responsible for running a web server, another module can control a robot, and a third may be responsible for taking data from sensors and sending it to a main computer. This way, one computer can run all of these different tasks without having to use separate computers.
