rna vaccine

RNA vaccines are a type of vaccine made from a special type of molecule called ribonucleic acid (RNA). They work by teaching our cells how to make a harmless version of a virus or germ, so our bodies can learn to protect against it. When a person is vaccinated with an RNA vaccine, their body will produce an exact copy of the virus or germ, but it won't cause an infection. Our immune system can then learn to recognize the virus or germ and respond by producing antibodies, which will help protect us from getting sick if we are ever exposed to that virus or germ in the future.
