Valleytronics is a type of technology that uses electrons moving through some materials. The electrons can be controlled in different "valleys" that act like pits in a valley. These valleys can act like markers for where the electrons are, like markers in a game of tag. Valleytronics can be used to store information, like in computers and other electronic devices.
