ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Vegoil

Alright, kiddo! You know how when you eat food, sometimes it's cooked in oil? Well, that oil can come from different places, like from animals or from plants. Now, vegoil, or vegetable oil, is made from plants like sunflowers, soybeans, or even coconuts!

So, how do we get the oil out of these plants? Well, first we have to crush or press them to release the oil. Then, we use machines to filter the oil and make it pure and clean. After that, the vegoil is ready to be used in cooking, baking or even making things like soap or shampoo!

The cool thing about vegoil is that it's a healthier option than some other kinds of cooking oils, like animal fat. Plus, it's also more environmentally friendly because we don't have to harm any animals to make it. So, next time you see vegoil in the kitchen or in the store, you'll know that it's made from plants, and it's good for both you and the Earth!
