Velupillai Prabakaran
Velupillai Prabhakaran was a man who lived in a country called Sri Lanka. He was the leader of a group called the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, also known as LTTE. This group wanted to create their own country called Tamil Eelam, which would be separate from Sri Lanka.
