Veterans Day

Veterans Day is a special day when we remember and thank the people who protected our country by serving in the army, navy, air force, marines, or other military groups. It's like an extra special thank you for all the brave things they did to keep us safe. We use this day to say thank you and show them how much we appreciate it. Some people might celebrate by putting up flags or having parades. It's important to always remember and honor the veterans, even if we don't know them personally, because they did very important things for our country.
