Once upon a time, there was a man named Johann Carl Friedrich Gotsch. He lived a long time ago, in a place called Vettersfelde in Germany. One day, he decided to hide some very special things - shiny coins and pretty jewelry - in a big, locked box hidden in the ground. Nobody knew about it!
A long, long time passed, and many people lived in Vettersfelde. But nobody knew about the treasure that was buried there. Then, one day, a man found the treasure box! He was looking for something else when he stumbled upon the treasure.
The man was so excited when he found all of the shiny coins and pretty jewelry. He told everyone he knew about what he found. People from all over came to see the treasure. There were even some big, important people who thought they had a right to keep the treasure for themselves. But eventually, the treasure was taken to a special place so that it could be kept safe and people could still see it.
Nowadays, people still talk about the treasure from Vettersfelde. It's become famous all around the world!
