ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Visual processing

Visual processing is when your eyes take in information about what you see and your brain turns it into a picture or idea. Your eyes see things like color, shape, and size, then your brain takes this information and your memory helps you remember it. For example, if you see a yellow apple, your eyes send the information to your brain. Your brain remembers that apples are usually round and red so it creates a picture of a yellow apple in your mind. Visual processing helps you learn and understand things about the world around you.
