Volunteer Force

A volunteer force is when people decide to help out without being paid. Imagine you and your friends decide to pick up trash on your street without your parents telling you to do it. You aren't getting any money for doing it, but you're doing it because you want to be nice and help your community. That is exactly what a volunteer force is like, but for grown-ups. They choose to help out without getting paid because they care about the place they live in and want to make it a better place for everyone.
