Volunteers of the Faith
Volunteers of the faith are people who choose to help others because of their religious or spiritual beliefs. It's like when your mom or dad takes you to church or mosque or temple and you learn about being kind and helping others. These volunteers think it's important to act on those lessons and help people who need it.
Volunteers of the faith might do things like visit sick people in hospitals, donate money or supplies to help those in need, or help clean up their neighborhoods. Some volunteers might even travel to other countries to help people who are struggling with poverty or disasters.
They do these things because they believe it's their duty to help others and follow the teachings of their faith. And it makes them feel good to do something nice for someone else.
