The Voyager Program is a series of two spacecraft (Voyager 1 and Voyager 2) launched by NASA in 1977 to explore the outer planets of our solar system. The spacecraft have made incredible discoveries about our solar system (including studying Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and their moons), and both have gone beyond our solar system and into interstellar space. They carry special messages and equipment to record data and allow communication. The Voyager Program is helping us to understand our solar system and the universe beyond it.
