Wait list control group

A wait list control group is a group of people who do not receive a certain treatment or experience that is being tested or studied. Instead, they wait until the study is over before receiving the treatment or experience. This group helps researchers compare the results of the group that did receive the treatment or experience to the group that did not. By comparing the two groups, researchers can determine how effective the treatment or experience was.
