Wastewater quality indicators

Wastewater quality indicators are things like chemicals, bacteria and other things that can help us figure out how clean wastewater is. When wastewater is dirty, it usually means something bad is happening with the environment around it, such as pollution from factories. We measure the level of these things in the wastewater to make sure it is safe for humans and the environment.
