Water level (device)

A water level device is a tool that helps you know if two things are at the same height or level. Think of it like a measuring stick, but for levelness instead of size.

The device has two long tubes or hoses that are filled with water. You attach one end of each tube to the thing you want to measure, like two sides of a fence. Then you hold the device in the middle and look at the water levels in the tubes.

If the water level is the same in both tubes, that means the two sides of the fence (or whatever you're measuring) are at the same height and are level. But if one tube has more water than the other, that means one side is higher and not level.

So basically, the water level device helps you make sure things are level and even, which is important for building and fixing things like fences, shelves, and tables.
