Wealth condensation

Wealth condensation is a concept that explains why wealthy people tend to stay wealthy and poor people tend to stay poor. It means that over time, wealthy people make more money (or have more wealth) and poor people make less money (or have less wealth). This happens because wealth creates more opportunities for wealthy people, such as access to better education, better jobs, and more money to invest, while poor people are left with fewer opportunities.
