Well-being

Well-being means feeling happy and healthy in our bodies and minds. It means taking care of ourselves so we can feel good inside and out. Just like how we take a bath to clean our bodies, we need to do things that make our minds and hearts feel good too. That can mean eating healthy foods, exercising, sleeping enough, and having fun. It's also important to have people in our lives who love us and make us feel happy. When we take care of ourselves and surround ourselves with positive things, we can have good well-being and feel our best.
