ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Wetwork

"Hello kiddo, so wetwork is a grown-up word used to describe something that involves really messy and dangerous work, often leading to harm of someone's life. Just like how playing with knives or fire can be very dangerous.

In the grown-up world, sometimes certain people need to be removed or their work needs to be sabotaged or disrupted. And in these situations, some people hire others to do that work for them, and that's when the term wetwork comes into the picture.

Wetwork usually involves actions like assassinations, spying, sabotage, and other dangerous missions which need to be done secretly, quick and with precision, and it can be quite bloody or gruesome.

But this isn't something kids should be worried about, because it's not good, safe or legal. We should focus on being kind and respectful to everyone around us and avoid any kind of violent or dangerous behavior.

So, did that make sense? Do you have any other questions?"
