Whitehead link

Imagine you have two necklaces, each with only one bead on it. Now, take those two necklaces and tie them together in a knot. This knot is called a Whitehead Link.

It's like if you tied your shoes, but instead of using a shoelace, you used a necklace. And instead of one shoe, you had two necklaces tied together.

The Whitehead Link is named after a mathematician named John Whitehead who studied knots and links. It's a very interesting and important concept in math and topology (the study of shapes and spaces), and mathematicians use it to better understand the properties of knots and links.
