Win-win

When two people or groups want different things, but they find a way to work together so that everyone gets what they want - that's called a win-win situation. It's like playing a game where both players can win if they work together instead of trying to beat each other. Instead of arguing and being unhappy, they come up with a plan that makes everyone happy. Everybody wins, nobody loses!
