Wireless Power Consortium

The Wireless Power Consortium is a group of companies that work together to create a way for us to charge our electronics, like phones and tablets, without having to plug them in! Instead of plugging in a cable, you would just put your device near a special charger that uses something called 'wireless power' to send electricity to your device. This is like the same idea as when you put your phone on a wireless speaker and it gets charged, but this way you can put your phone on any special charger and get electricity for it.
