Women in engineering

Women in engineering means that girls and women are working in engineering fields, like civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and more. Engineering is when people use math, science, and technology to solve problems and create things that help people. Girls and women have often been excluded from doing engineering, and some people think that it is a job only for boys and men. But now, more and more girls and women are becoming engineers. They are using their skills and knowledge to create things that help people and make the world a better place.
