ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Workflow Management Coalition

Imagine you are part of a big group of people who have a big goal in mind. It might be building a playground, organizing a big party or building a treehouse. But how do you make sure everyone knows what to do, when to start and finish their tasks, and who to ask if they need help?

That's where the Workflow Management Coalition comes in. They are like teachers who help you and your friends work together to achieve the goal. They have lots of tools to make sure everyone knows what they are responsible for, and when they need to get it done.

For example, they might draw a big picture that shows all the tasks that need to be done and who is responsible for each one. They might use special software to make sure everyone knows when they need to start a task, and when it needs to be finished. They might also make sure there is someone you can ask if you have questions or need help with your task.

The Workflow Management Coalition help lots of different groups, like businesses, hospitals, and even governments, work together more efficiently. They make sure everyone knows what they need to do, when they need to do it, and who to turn to for help. This helps the group achieve their big goal more easily, and have lots of fun doing it!
