Workforce modeling

Workforce modeling is like planning how to use a team of people to complete a job. It means figuring out how many people are needed, when and where they should work, and what kind of tasks each person should do. For example, if you want to build a house, you would need to use a certain amount of workers, like carpenters, electricians and plumbers, and decide when and where they will work to build the house. Workforce modeling helps you plan the best way to use your team to get the job done!
