World Oral Literature Project

The World Oral Literature Project is a research project which is trying to explore and record oral stories and songs from all over the world. Oral stories and songs are stories and songs which are passed down by telling them out loud - these are not written down. So in order to keep them alive, the World Oral Literature Project is working to study them and share them with the world so that we can remember the stories and songs for a long time.
