Wu (awareness)

Awareness, or Wu, is a way of paying attention to your own thoughts and feelings so that you can better understand yourself and the world around you. When you're aware of something, it means that you can recognize it and make a conscious decision to do something about it. For example, if you're aware that you're feeling frustrated, you can take steps to manage your emotional state and make a decision on how to respond. Being aware of your feelings can help you better understand and manage them, which can in turn help you improve your relationships and make better decisions.
