XYYYY syndrome
Hey there little buddy! So, sometimes people are born with something called xyyyy syndrome. This means that they have a little bit of extra stuff in their special body cells called chromosomes.
You know how adults have 46 chromosomes in their cells? Well, people with xyyyy syndrome have an extra y chromosome. Y chromosomes are what make a person a boy, so with this extra one, a person might look a bit different than other boys.
Sometimes, people with xyyyy syndrome might be taller than usual, or their muscles might be a little bit stronger. They might have trouble talking or learning new things, or they might feel extra emotional sometimes.
