Xenobiology

Xenobiology is a type of science that studies things from outer space. It looks at how living things from other planets and galaxies might be different from things that live here on Earth. Scientists who study xenobiology try to figure out what kinds of organisms might be out there and how they might live. They also try to understand what might happen if those organisms come to Earth.
