YES and YAS assay

Okay, so there are some little parts inside our body, called genes, that tell our body what to do and how to look like. Sometimes, some of these genes change a little bit and this change can affect our body in different ways.

When scientists want to study these gene changes, they use something called an assay. It's like a special test that helps them look at the genes more closely and see how they are different.

Now, "yes" and "yas" assays are just different types of assays that scientists use. "Yes" assay looks at a specific part of the gene and sees if it has changed in a certain way. "Yas" assay is similar, but it looks at more than one part of the gene and sees if they have changed in a certain way together.

These assays help scientists understand more about how our body works and how they can help people who may have problems with their genes.
