Have you ever had to answer questions about yourself? Maybe your teacher asked what your favorite color is or your parent asked what you want to do when you grow up. Well, the Youth Risk Behavior Survey is kind of like that, but with more serious questions.

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey is a big question sheet that is given to young people in the United States in middle and high school. It asks questions about their behavior and thoughts on things like drinking, drugs, sex, and violence.
