Yugoslavism

Yugoslavism was an idea of all people in the area called Yugoslavia coming together as one, like members of one big family. Many people in Yugoslavia shared similar languages, religions and cultures, so this was a way for them to show how proud they were of being from Yugoslavia. Unfortunately, after some major political changes, this idea of Yugoslavism faded away, leading to several of the countries that once made up Yugoslavia separating and becoming different countries.
