Zavarka

Zavarka is a type of concentrated tea that is commonly used in Russian and Ukrainian cultures. It's made by boiling water and adding loose tea leaves, sugar or honey, and sometimes spices like cinnamon or cloves.

The tea mixture is then boiled until it becomes thick and syrupy. Once it cools, it can be stored in a jar or container for future use.

When you want to make a cup of tea, you simply add a small spoonful of the zavarka to a cup of hot water, stir it, and voila! You have a delicious and strong cup of tea.

People enjoy zavarka because it doesn't require much effort, it can be stored for a long time, and it makes a very flavorful cup of tea. It's kind of like having a fancy tea concentrate that you can use whenever you want.
