Fire worship

Fire worship is when people believe that fire has special powers and is something to be respected and revered. It's like when you think your teddy bear is the best teddy bear ever and you want to cuddle with it always.

In some places, people light fires and dance around them to show their respect for the fire and what it represents. Kind of like when you have a birthday party and you blow out the candles on your cake – you make a wish and it feels special because there are candles that represent something important.

Sometimes fire is also thought to be a way to communicate with the gods or a higher power. People might use fire to make offerings or sacrifice things as a way of asking for favors or protection. It's like when you ask your parents for something and they give it to you because they want you to be happy.

So fire is kind of like a special friend to some people, and they treat it with a lot of respect and care because they believe it has important qualities that should be celebrated.
