ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Public Cloud

A public cloud is like a big sharing house for computers. It is a bunch of computers and other technology that companies rent out for others to use. It's like renting an apartment, but instead of living in it, you're using it to run programs and store data. Companies use it because it's cheaper than buying and maintaining their own computers and data centers. They also get more flexibility and access to advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics. With a public cloud, you don't have to worry about setting up all the hardware, software, and storage, plus most of the time it's cheaper to use a public cloud than to buy or rent your own computers.
